半挂车车厢失稳的结构改进设计

Structure Modified Design for Instability of Trunk of Semi-trailer

通过对事故车辆的分析,提出了普通厢式半挂车车厢改进方案,并运用有限元软件ABAQUS对车厢进行建模,分析了改进前后其结构的强度、刚度的变化。验证得出,改进后的车厢结构安全可靠,同时也为半挂车轻量化设计提供了参考。

Based on analysis for accident vehicles, improvement project of semi-trailer＇s trunk was proposed. The finite element model of trunk of semi-trailer was created by using ABAQUS finite element method. Intension and stiffness of the structure were analysed during the change, and the results illustrated safe reliability of the improvement structure and coherence between the theory and reality.Meanwhile, so a brand new method was provided for lightweight design of semi-trailer.
