摘要
微气泡直径小于50μm,具有区别于传统气泡的行为特性,在环境污染治理领域中表现出一些潜在的应用优势,日益受到关注。介绍了不同微气泡产生方法及其原理,比较了不同方法所产生微气泡的差异及其主要应用领域,分析了表面活性剂在微气泡产生过程中的重要作用。同时,讨论了微气泡在强化传质、界面性质等方面区别于传统气泡的行为特性,以及造成这些差异的原因。此外,综述了目前微气泡技术在强化臭氧传质及环境污染修复中的应用现状。最后,提出了目前微气泡技术存在的问题以及今后的主要研究和应用方向。
Microbubble with diameter of less than 50 μm shows great difference in behavior and property compared with traditional bubble.As a result,some potential advantages of microbubble in environmental pollution control have received more and more attention recently.Then different microbubble generation methods and their principles were introduced.Microbubbles and their application fields produced by different methods were also compared.The significant effects of surfactants on microbubble generation were analyzed.At the same time,the difference between microbubble and traditional bubble in behavior and property,such as mass transfer enhancement and interfacial properties,as well as the reasons,was discussed.In addition,the applications of microbubble in ozonation mass transfer enhancement and environmental pollution remediation were summarized.Finally,the limitation at present and the main directions of research and development of microbubble technology in the future were pointed out.
