摘要
为了设计一个L波段频率源,使其能够稳定输出,采用锁相倍频电路实现高频信号输出,通过Q3236锁相环芯片实现。利用有源比例积分滤波器实现环路滤波器的设计,给出了滤波器参数计算方法。做了大量关于锁相环电路和环路滤波器电路的实验,反复调试得到电路稳定工作最佳状态。最后给出了样机的测试结果,该频率源具有体积小、低功耗、低相噪及频率稳定性好等优点。
To design a L band frequency synthesizer and make it stable, a scheme of using phase-locked loop frequency synthesis technology and Q3236 is designed. The active proportion integration filter is used as loop filter and the parameter calculation method of the loop filter is also given. Many experiments about PLL circuit and loop filter circuit are performed, and a stable working state is gained by repeated debugging. The test results show that the frequency source has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, low phase and noise and good frequency stability.
