摘要 根据苦马豆素(Sw)抑制α-甘露糖苷酶(AMA)的特点,建立了SW抑制AMA的剂量效应关系曲线和酶法测定SW溶液浓度的方法。SW溶液浓度范围在5×10-8mol/L^5×10-6mol/L时,SW溶液浓度的负对数与其抑制AMA活性百分比呈线性关系,线性方程Y=0.026X+5.167 4,R2=0.994 7。建立了酶法测定SW溶液浓度的方法,为疯草的进一步研究提供技术支持。 According to the characteristics of SW inhibition AMA,the dose-response of SW inhibiting AMA activity and the enzymatic method to determination the SW concentration were established.The relationship between p/ and the inhibition percentage of AMA is linear equation,Y =-0.026X+5.167 4,R2=0.994 7,when SW concentration between 5×10-8 mol/L and 5×10-6 mol/L.This test established the enzymatic method to determine the concentration of SW and provided technical support for the further study of locoweed.
