摘要 巴尔通体是一种人兽共患病的病原,其传播情况比较复杂。牛、犬、人、啮齿类动物和野生动物都是其宿主,蝇、跳蚤、虱子、蛉等节肢动物都是其储存宿主。猫可以感染5种巴尔通体,包括Bartonella henselae、B.bovis、B.clarridgeae、B.koehlerae和B.quintana。研究表明,猫抓病主要是由B.henselae和B.clarridgeae感染所引起。巴尔通体感染后可以引起菌血症、淋巴结炎症、肝炎、脾炎、中枢神经系统紊乱、关节炎等症状,并出现血小板减少、淋巴细胞增多、中性粒白细胞减少、嗜酸性粒细胞增多的现象。血清学检测、PCR方法和分离培养可以诊断猫巴尔通体病。 Bartonella spp.are very important zoonosis pathogens,and the transmission may be much complicated.Numerous animals including bovine,canine,human,rodent species can serve as the hosts,and biting flies,fleas,keds,lice,sandflys can serve as reservoir hosts.Cats can be infected with five Bartonella species,B.henselae,B.clarridgeae,B.bovis,B.koehlerae and B.quintana.The cat scratch disease mainly caused by B.henselae and B.clarridgeae.In the hosts,Bartonella can cause bacteremia,inflammation in lymph nodes,liver or spleen,central nervous system dysfunction,polyarthritis.Thrombocytopenia,lymphocytosis,neutropenia,and eosinophilia have been reported in B.henselae-infected cats.Serology,PCR and culture isolation can be used to diagnosis of feline bartonellosis,
