摘要
采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,对青海省部分猪场旋毛虫感染进行了血清学调查。在检测的717份血清中,阳性46份,阳性率为6.42%。湟源县、湟中县部分猪场旋毛虫感染血清阳性率较高,分别为17.27%(24/139)和14.67%(11/75)。可见猪旋毛虫感染在青海省呈散在分布,在湟源县、湟中县感染较为严重,当地养殖场和动物防疫部门应采取有效的综合防控措施。
Serological investigation on Trichinella spiralis infection in some swine farms in Qinghai province was performed by indirect ELISA.The results showed that out of 717 pigs,46 were positive,with positive rate of 6.42%.Serological positive rate in Huangyuan county and Huangzhong county were 17.27%（24/139） and 14.67%（11/75）,respectively.So Trichinella spiralis infection in swine was sporadic distribution with serious infection in Huangyuan county and Huangzhong county.The attention should be paid by the farms and local animal quarantine departments to adopt effective integrated control measures.
