土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸井漏现状及治理对策 被引量:3

摘要 阿姆河右岸盐下气田地质复杂,钻井难度高、风险大。前苏联和土库曼斯坦在该区块钻井事故频繁、钻探成功率极低。2008年以来,川庆钻探土库曼斯坦分公司在阿姆河右岸已完钻36口井,钻井成功率100%.取得了巨大成功。但仍然出现了不少复杂,其中以井漏复杂尤为严重。根据阿姆河右岸实钻情况,对井漏和堵漏进行综合分析认为:储层裂缝发育、压力系数低(A区)和部分井使用密度偏高是引起井漏的主要原因。影响钻井工程进度的主要井漏因素是大裂缝~洞穴恶性井漏和长段低压高含硫孔隙性漏失,针对性地采用隔离液一固化类堵漏剂堵漏和低密度钻井液强钻-承压堵漏是对付该区块复杂并漏的有效措施。 Due to the geological complexity, high difficulty and high risk in the right bank of Amuhe River gas field, the former Russia and Turkmenistan had accomplished exploration with extreme low success and frequent troubles. Even though Chuanqing Exploration Engineering Ltd. completed 36 wells’ drilling operation, and have gained 100% success rate in this region, various complexities occurred, especially lost circulation. In this paper, based on actual drilling cases, all fluid loss was classified and the main reasons effected lost circulation were analyzed, i.e. width-fracture loss and long-section & low-pressure porosity loss, and some plugging measures were adopted, such as high viscosity spacer-solidification stopping loss methods for severe loss and blind drilling with lower density fluid and then carry out pressurized plugging for long section and low pressure lost circulation.
