摘要
陆梁油田纵向发育油层较多,受目前工艺技术的限制均采用单层开采,为了进一步提高油藏的动用程度,避免多层合采的层间干扰,提出了有杆泵两层分采工艺:下封隔器将两油层分开,空心杆传递抽油机的往复动力兼作下层排液通道,油管和空心杆间的环空作为上层排液通道,实现分采分输。文章详细地介绍了有杆泵分采分输原理,成功研制了分采泵,研究了井下管柱结构及配套清防蜡工艺,完善了地面工艺流程。现场实施20井次,单井平均日增油4.7 t,含水率下降。该工艺能有效解决层间矛盾,准确计量各层的产量和含水,为油藏动态管理提供依据,对于开采类似的两层油藏具有重要的借鉴作用。
The longitudinal reservoirs are many in Luliang oilfield. For the limitation of present production technology, only one layer is produced. The two-layered selective zone production technology was studied to improve the production of the difficult-to-produce reserves and avoid interlayer interference of commingling production. The packer was used to separate the two layers. The hollow rod not only links the special sucker rod pump to the pump units, but also is passage of production liquid of the deeper layers. The annulus between the hollow rod and the tubing is another passage of the above layer. In this paper, the production mechanism was introduced, the separate-output pump was developed, and the matching string was designed. Moreover, the wellhead equipment was improved and the wax removal technology was matched. The filed application of 9 wells showed that the single-well production was enhanced by 4.7t/d and the water cut dropped. This new technology could prevent the interlayer interference and measure the production and the water cut of each layer, which provided theoretic gist for reservoir operating management. And this new technology is a good reference to exploit the similar two layer reservoir.
