摘要
四通是井口套管头装置的关键部件之一,其强度和刚度是保证井口装置运行安全性和使用寿命的主要因素,生产厂家在其制造过程中,都必须对其关键部件进行强度试验。文中以某厂生产的套管头四通为例,建立了本体结构的三维实体模型,采用ANSYS平台,对工作工况和静水压试验工况下的四通进行了有限元计算,获得了各部位的应力分布规律,找出了危险部位,为改进四通结构设计提供了理论依据。
Cross valve is a key part of wellhead equipment, its strength and rigidity is the main factors affecting safety and operating life of wellhead unit, so it is necessary to check the strength of key part of wellhead equipment. In order to justify the rationality and safety of the gate valve design, the three-dimensional solid model of wellhead gate valve was established. Under conditions of hydrostatical testing, the finite element analysis of strength of gate valve body was done by using the ANSYS analysis software, the calculation results showed that both the strength and rigidity of the valve body were suitable for design requirements. Stress concentration may be minimized by changing the angles of inside valve passage.
