摘要
在前期调研的基础上,将聚丙烯酰胺无机铬冻胶、有机铬冻胶、酚醛树脂冻胶与AM冻胶等几种调剖堵水用的冻胶型堵剂引入水泥浆作为触变剂,考察矿化度与高pH值对其成胶性能的影响,优选出更适合作为水泥浆触变剂的成胶体系,并采用滞后环法对四种成胶体系加入水泥浆后的触变性能进行了评价。实验中发现,与其他3种成胶体系相比,AM成胶体系在高矿化度、高pH值下成胶性能较优,适用于水泥浆,被优选为水泥浆触变剂;4种成胶体系的加入均能使水泥浆体现出一定的触变性能,其中AM成胶体系能够使水泥浆具有较好的触变性能,更适合作为水泥浆触变剂进行研究。
Several gel systems used for water plugging and profile modification were introduced as thixotrpic agents of cement slurry, such as polyacrylamide inorganic chromium gel, polyacrylamide organic chromium gel, phenolic resin gel, and AM gel. The effects of salinity and high pH on the gelation properties of the gel systems were studied, and the thixotropic property of four cement slurry systems were evaluated The test results showed that AM gel system has preferable gel property than others gels under high salinity and high pH values, and the AM gel system can improve the thixotropic property of cement slurry better than others three gel systems, so, the AM gel system was chosen as a new thixotropic agent.
