摘要
以双酚单丙烯酸酯类化合物2-[1-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)-甲基]-4,6-二叔丁基苯基丙烯酸酯、受阻酚及硫醚类化合物为原料制备了三元复合防老剂,添加于氯丁橡胶中,测试了生胶的氧化诱导期、热氧老化性能及硫化胶的力学性能。结果表明,与使用防老剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚相比,在防老剂配方中加入双酚单丙烯酸酯化合物橡胶的外观颜色、门尼黏度、门尼焦烧时间及力学性能的变化率明显较小,这进一步佐证了双官能团捕获自由基机理的合理性,也表明三元复合防老剂具有协同效应。
Tertiary composite antioxidant was prepared with bisphenolmonoacryate 2-[1-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)-methyl]-4,6-di-tert-butyl phenyl acrylate(MA for short),hindered phenol and thioether as raw materials and used in chloroprene rubber CR 322.The oxidation induction time of raw rubber,thermal-oxidative aging resistance and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates were measured.The results showed that compared to the rubber samples with antioxidant 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol,the appearance color,Mooney viscosity,Mooney scorch time and mechanical properties change of the rubber samples with tertiary composite antioxidant were obviously less,by which the mechanism for difunctional group trapping free radicals was proved correct and the components of the composite antioxidant to have synergistic effect.
