超低场磁共振诊断颈椎黄韧带肥厚的探讨

STUDY ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF CERVICAL THICKENING OF LIGAMENTUM FLAVUM WITH SUPER-LOW FIELD MRI

目的：分析颈椎黄韧带肥厚的特征及超低场磁共振的诊断价值。方法：对１５例颈椎黄韧带肥厚的病人进行矢状面、横断面的快速小角度梯度回波Ｔ１加权和矢状面自旋回波Ｔ２加权磁共振扫描。结果：矢状面表现为节段性或局灶性的结节型病灶自椎管后缘突向柱管内，横断面呈结节型或Ｖ字型。Ｔ１加权呈等信号，Ｔ２加权呈低信号。结论：超低场磁共振可作为诊断黄韧带肥厚的可靠方法之一。

Objective:To analyse the features of the thickening of ligamentum flavum in the cervical vertebra and the diagnostic value of the super-low field magnetism resonance imaging(MRI). Methods:The ligamentum flavum with thickening in the cervical vertebra in 15 cases was scanned by MRI of small tip angle gradient echo T 1 enhancement in sagittal plane and in transverse section, and it was scanned by MRI of auto rotation echo T 2 enhancement in sagittal plane. Results:The expression of sagittal plane was nodulous focus of phase and limitations and sticked out from the posterior margin of the canal to the inner part of the canal. The transverse section of ligmentum flavum scanned by MRI was nodular or V-formed lesions. The sign of enhancement of T 1 was of equal intensity and T 2 of low intensity. Conclusion:Super-low field MRI is one of reliable methods in diagnosis of ligamentum flavum in cervical vertebra.
