摘要
文章以数控机床为对象,研究了实例与规则协调工作的故障诊断专家系统。规则、案例在数据库中与数控机床的功能结构结合并分别存储,在推理中混合执行。规则是对实例的归纳总结,克服了规则获取难的缺点,在诊断中规则又指导实例,使得故障快速定位,提高了诊断的效率。同时文章以JSP为开发语言,采用Spring+hibernate+Struts2架构,开发了基于B/S模式的数控机床故障诊断系统,具有较好的诊断功能。
The paper takes NC machine as object,has researched the NC machine failure diagnosis expert system based on RBR and CBR coordinated operation.Rules and cases are separately stored in the database combined with the structure and functions of NC machine,and mixed in the implementation of reasoning.Rules are summarized from instance,which overcomes the shortcomings of rules difficulty to access,and guide case in the diagnosis on the other hand,which makes the fault fast positioning,improve the efficiency of diagnosis.Then,takes JSP as development language,Spring+hibernate+Struts2 as a framework,developed B/S NC machine tool failure diagnosis system,which has better diagnostic capabilities.
