摘要
为提高风电机组塔筒设计与分析效率,本文研究了塔筒结构有限元分析自动化方法。基于参数化建模方法,采用点坐标编号方式实现塔筒参数化FEM建模;以截面分组与设定边线网格种子方法划分塔筒参数化网格。利用PCL开发MSC. Patran,建立风电机组塔筒有限元分析智能前处理系统。以某型风电机组塔筒模态分析为例,验证该系统的有效性。
In order to improve the design and analysis efficiency of wind turbine tower,the automatic method of finite element analysis is researched.Parametric FEM modeling is realized by using the number of point coordinates basing on the method of parametric modeling;Parametric meshing of tower is achieved by the method of planning section and setting mesh seed in sidelines.The wind turbine tower finite element analysis intelligent pre-processing system is established by using the Patran Command Language of MSC.Patran.Testing the validity and practicability of the system by using it on the wind turbine tower.
