摘要
综述了近年来油溶性减阻剂聚合方式的研究进展。聚合方式主要有溶液聚合、本体聚合。溶液聚合是研究较早的一种聚合方法,具有体系粘度低、反应温度易于控制的优点,但存在单体转化率低和分子量相对较低以及运输费用高的缺点。本体聚合在很大程度上可以提高单体转化率,改善减阻效果,利于分子量的提高,可以较好的控制分子量分布同时聚合产物纯净。但本体聚合对反应控制条件要求苛刻,反应过程产生的大量热不易及时散去。
A comprehensive review is given to researchers on the polymeric form in Oil-soluble Drag Reducer in recent years.The polymeric forms mostly have solution polymerization、bulk polymerization.Solution polymerization is one of the research prior polymerization way,Which has the strongpoint of the low viscosity and the react temperature is easy to control.But exist the shortcoming of the low monomer percent conversion、low molecular weight and high expenditure in the process of transporting.The bulk polymerization can improve the monomer percent conversion in prodigious degree,remedy anti-drag effect and benefit to improve the molecular weight,control the molecular weight distribution commendable and simultaneity the polymerize production purity.But bulk polymerization has the strict require on the react control condition,a great deal of heat uneasy to drop off in the react process.
