Hu Jintao's Important Innovation on the Marxist Talents Theory

十六大以来,胡锦涛同志集中全党智慧,准确判断我党所处的历史方位,在继承马克思主义人才理论的基础上,先后提出一系列新的人才思想。其中主要有科学人才观、人才强国战略、党管人才原则、人才能力素质的新标准、人才体制机制创新等,这些思想是对马克思主义人才理论的创新,是指导新世纪新阶段我国人才队伍建设的思想武器。

Since the 16th CPC National Congress,pooling the wisdom of the whole Party,Hu Jintao accurately judges the historical position of our Party,and successively put forward a series of new ideas of talents based on the inheritance of Marxist talents theory,which mainly include scientific view of talents,strategies of strengthening nations with qualified talents,principle of communist party governing talents,the new standard of talents quality,and innovation of personnel system and mechanism,etc.These thoughts are the innovation on the Marxist talents theory,which will be the thought weapon of guiding the construction of Chinese talents in the new century.
