摘要
从房地产市场存在主体多方利益制衡、结构失衡和调控目标双重性的角度,分析房地产市场调控乏力的成因,提出应优化金融资源配置、完善房地产融资体系和建立多层次金融调控目标等对策建议。
From the perspectives of multi-interests checks of subjects,structure imbalance and the duality of regulation targets existing in the real estate market,this thesis analyses the causes of financial controls fatigue in the real estate market and put forward countermeasures of optimizing the disposition of financial resources,perfecting the financial system in real estate market and establishing multi-layer targets of financial control.
