休闲体育与高校体育课程改革相互融合的研究

A Study of the Integration of Leisure Sports with College P.E. Curriculum Reform

运用文献资料法,以目前高校体育课程改革所面临的问题为切入点,以小康社会的飞速发展为契机,提出了高校体育课程改革要与休闲体育相互融合,正确合理地引进休闲体育项目,促进学生养成终身参与体育锻炼的习惯,树立正确的休闲观,提高社会适应能力,并对如何实施提出了相应的对策。

This thesis,using literary review and with the issues college P.E.curriculum reform faces as an entry point and the rapid development of a well-off society as an opportunity,proposes that the college P.E.curriculum reform should integrate with leisure sports,that leisure sports should be reasonably introduced so as to promote the students to cultivate the habit of life long participation of physical exercises and to establish right concept of leisure to improve the social adaptability.This thesis also proposes positive countermeasures to implement these.
