大连是我国重要的工业基地,保留着较多的近现代工业遗产,其中多为工业建筑遗产。作为大连工业发展的历史见证,它们无时不在提醒人们这座城市曾经的辉煌和坚实的基础。本文对大连工业建筑遗产的价值、特点和现状进行了阐述,提出了对其进行保护和再生的对策。

Dalian is one of the most important industrial bases in China,having many modern industrial heritages,most of which are industrial building heritages.As the historical witness of Dalian industrial development,the heritages remind people of its brilliant and solid foundation ever.This thesis is aimed at analyzing the value,features and current circumstances of the industrial building heritages in Dalian and proposes how to protect and regenerate them.
