Fu Si-nian: The Practitian of the Conception of Modern University

随着海峡两岸学术文化交流的深入,傅斯年作为中国一代知识分子的代表开始进入人们的研究视野。本文通过对傅斯年学术与品格的简要回顾,着重分析他作为一代学者,对现代大学理念的独到阐释,尤其是通过傅斯年对台湾大学的改革重建,旨在揭示出傅斯年对理想大学的践行与追求,其中傅斯年所倡导的大学与本国文化相融合的思想,更具有跨越时代的现实意义。

With the deepening of cultural exchanges between Taiwan and China's Mainland,Fu Si-nian,the representative of China＇s intellectuals,has come to people＇s horizon of study.Reviewing Fu Si-nian＇s academic works and personality briefly,this thesis analyses Fu Si-nian＇s unique interpretation of the conception of modern university as a scholar,especially his reform and reconstruction of Taiwan University,so as to show Fu Si-nian＇s practice and pursuit of ideal university.Among this Fu Si-nian＇s idea of integrating universities with national cultures is of practical significance beyond times.
