摘要
目的通过短片段基因序列测定检测副溶血性弧菌。方法通过对副溶血性弧菌pR72H基因保守片段的焦磷酸测序,达到鉴定副溶血性弧菌的目的。结果通过焦磷酸测序对pR72H基因上的18bp的保守片段进行测定可准确检测56株副溶血性弧菌。结论建立的方法具有准确、快速和实时检测等优点,适于对pH72R的快速、高通量检测。
ObjectiveTo develop a Pyrosequencing assay for the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods analysis of conservative sequence of pH72R gene was conducted by using Pyrosequencing to identify Vibrio Parahaemolyticus.Results Fifty six strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by the sequencing of 18 bp DNA of pR72H gene.Conclusion Pyrosequencing technology could provide specific,rapid and real-time detection of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus.It is helpful for the rapid screening with samples in large numbers to detect Vibrio Parahaemolyticus.
