体检人群14种食物不耐受血清特异性IgG检测 被引量:19

摘要 目的通过检测体检人群14种食物不耐受血清特异性免疫球蛋白G(IgG)抗体水平,初步分析体检人群中食物不耐受情况,为过敏性疾病的诊断和预防提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对170例体检者作14种食物不耐受血清特异性IgG抗体水平分析。结果在日常食用的14种食物中,不耐受率为0~40.1%,其中对蟹和鸡蛋的不耐受程度较高,不同性别比较无显著差异。青少年组比壮年组和老年组不耐受程度严重,青少年组与壮年组和老年组比较差异显著。结论人群中存在食物不耐受者,不同年龄之间有明显差异,检测血清特异性IgG抗体有助于早期诊断和预防食物引起的过敏性疾病。 Objective To analyze the situation of food intolerance in health examination population and provide evidence for diagnosis and prevention of disease by detecting the level of 14 special antibodies IgG of food intolerance.Methods 14 special antibodies IgG of food intolerance were analyzed with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 170 Healthy persons.Results The rate of food intolerance was from 0% to 40.1% in 14 common food,and the rates of crab and egg intolerance were higher.No difference was observed between female and male.The degree of intolerance in youth group was the most.There was significant difference between youth group and middle-aged group,older-aged group.Conclusion Food intolerance is common in people.There was significant difference among different age.The detection of special antibody IgG of food intolerance may be useful in early diagnosis and prevention anaphylactic disease caused by food.
