摘要
应用透射电镜观察ＳＴＺ糖尿病大鼠视网膜毛细血管病变规律，发现病程１个月只见周细胞和内皮细胞核异染色质聚集靠边；病程３个月，周细胞和内皮细胞异染色质聚集靠边严重，毛细血管扩张，基底膜增厚；病程６个月，以上变化呈现加重趋势，毛细血管由扩张转为狭窄、变形、甚至闭塞。
This study carried out ultrastructral observations of retinal capillaries of STZ diabetic rats by transmissin electron microscope The results are as follows In diabetes one month(DM1),there were only nuclear metachromatin of pericytes and endothelial cells getting together and keeping to the side In DM3 nuclear metachromatin of pericytes and endothelial cell collected and kept to side gravely,capillaries expanded and increased in basement membrane In DM6,above-mentioned changes became progressively serious,but capillaries became narrow,deformed,even occluded
