雌、孕激素在绝经后取宫内节育器中的应用

Application of estrogens and progesterone in intrauterine device removal for postmenopausal women

目的探讨雌、孕激素在绝经后取宫内节育器的作用及取器最佳时机。方法将绝经后要求取宫内节育器的120例妇女随机分为观察组60例,对照组60例,观察组术前予口服倍美力加安宫黄体酮,对照组未做特殊处理,两组均行宫内节育器取出术。结果观察组取器成功率明显高于对照组;绝经一年内取器成功率较高。结论绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出术前应用雌、孕激素,可明显提高手术成功率,降低手术难度;绝经后妇女取器时间应以绝经一年内为宜。

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogens and progesterone in IUD removal for postmenopausal women and the optimal time of IUD removal. Methods 120 postmenopausal women with IUD removal were divided into observation group（n = 60）and conrtol group（n = 60）randomly, the observation group, conjugated estrogens and medroxyprogesterone were taken orally before operation, and the control group received no special treatment. Results The success rate of IUD removal in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group; the success rate of IUD removal was higher in one year after cessation of menstration. Conclusion The success rate of IUD removal was improved and difficult removal of IUD was decreased after using estrogens and progesterone before postmenopausal IUD removal, and the optimal time of IUD removal for postmenopausal women is one year after cessation of menstruation.
