燃煤导热油炉空气预热器异响分析及处理

摘要 空气预热器试车中发生异响,通过对各部件的分析,确定了振动异响的来源为空气预热器内部。通过对管束自振频率、卡曼旋涡等设备特性参数进行分析,振动及异响的原因是:卡曼涡流有规律的脱离激发了声学基频驻波。改变漩涡脱离频率FV,改变声学驻波振动频率FA处理了振动及异响。 Abnormal sound occurred during the trial run of air preheater.Through the analysis of each parts,it is determined that the source of the vibration abnormal sound is inside the air preheater.By analysis of the equipments characteristic parameters such as pipe bundle natural frequency,KARMAN vortex,turbulent flow,acoustic standing wave vibration,the reasons for the vibration and abnormal sound were determined.The acoustic fundamental frequency standing wave was excited by the KARMAN vortex regular shedding.The vibration and abnormal sound was treated by changing the vortex shedding frequency and acooustic standing wave vibration frequency.
