摘要
周文祥从营卫不和的血瘀型;湿热瘀血结滞型;肝郁气滞、气血郁阻型;脾胃不和、瘀血内阻型;肾虚血瘀型等6种证型辨证论治黄褐斑,认为中医药治疗妇女黄褐斑有良好的临床疗效,还有明显改善临床症状的效果。说明中医药治疗妇女黄褐斑具有较大的潜力和优势。
ZHOU Wen-xiang differentiation women chloasma into 6 types：disharmony between nutrient Qi and defensive Qi and blood stasis,heat and congestion stagnation,liver depression and Qi stagnation,Qi and blood hindered,Qi and blood deficiency,stasis obstruction,disharmony between spleen and stomach,resistance-type blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,he pointed that the TCM have good clinical efficacy in treating women chloasma,it also has great potential and advantages.
