消痛散外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎

Clinical Obeservation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with External Application of XiaoTongSan

目的:观察消痛散治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将176例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组120例采用消痛散外敷治疗,1次/d;对照组56例口服消炎痛胶囊,0.25mg/次,2次/d。2组均以15天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈53例,痊愈率为44.17%,对照组痊愈15例,痊愈率为26.79%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效108例,总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效35例,总有效率为62.50%,2组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消痛散治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,且安全可靠,不良反应小。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of XiaoTongSan in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods：176 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,120 patients treated with external application of XiaoTongSan,once a day,60 cases of control group with oral indomethacin capsules,0.25 mg every time,twice per day.Two groups were treated as a course of 15 days and observed the effect.Results：The cure rate in treatment group was 44.17%,26.79% in control group,two groups was statistically significant difference.the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%,62.50% in control group,two groups was no statistically significant difference.Incidence of adverse reactions,compared two group,was significantly difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：XiaoTongSan had significant clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis and little side effects.
