强风化薄基岩软岩泵房硐室的加固技术研究

摘要 为解决强风化薄基岩软岩硐室维护的技术难题,针对济西矿中央泵房硐室大变形破坏特征,对影响其破坏的地质因素和破坏机理进行了综合分析,采用计算机数值模拟对比,研究了不同支护状态时泵房硐室围岩应力状态及影响区域。提出采用让—抗加固及超长注浆锚杆加固泵基技术,确定了合理加固参数。井下工业性试验表明,联合支护加固方案能够有效控制泵房硐室变形。 To solve the technology problem of soft rock pump chamber maintenance under highly-weathered thin bedrock,aiming at large deformation and failure characteristics of central pump chamber in Jixi Mine,the geological factors affecting the damage and destruction mechanism were analyzed comprehensively,and the rock stress state and the affected region of the pump chamber under different support conditions were discussed comparatively.The reinforcement of the combined of "yield and resist method" as well as the super-long bolt to support the foundation was adopted and the reinforcement parameters were determined.Mine industrial tests showed that,the combined supporting reinforcement can effectively control the pump room deformation.
