溶胶-凝胶法固载化离子液体催化剂的表征及烷基苯合成工艺条件优化

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出固载化离子液体催化剂,表征了催化剂的结构和性质,采用正交实验优选出了使用固载化催化剂合成烷基苯的最佳反应条件。结果表明,固载化离子液体催化剂的大部分孔径为19.5 nm;固载化离子液体催化剂的酸密度为2.145 mmol/g;在固定床反应器中,在n(苯)/n(长链烯烃)为8,温度为200℃,空速为1 h-1,压力为3.5 MPa的最佳反应条件下,烯烃转化率为94.35%。 A supported Bronsted acidic ionic liquid catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method,and the structure and properties of the catalyst were characterized.The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test for the alkylation of benzene and long-chain olefins on the supported ionic liquid catalyst.The results showed that most of the catalyst pore sizes was 19.5nm,the acid density was 2.145mmol/g,and under the conditions of mole ratio of benzene to long-chain olefin 8,reaction temperature 200℃,space velocity 1h-1,pressure 3.5MPa,and in a fixed-bed reactor,the olefin conversion was 94.35%.
