摘要
在反应温度70℃,反应时间60 min,沉降时间2 h工艺条件下,以TiCl4/CuCl2.2H2O混合物为络合剂,以磷酸/环己烷混合物为萃取剂,研究了提取配方对抚顺页岩油抽出油中氮化物提取效果的影响。结果表明,在m(萃取剂)/m(抽出油)为1.0,m(萃取剂)/m(络合剂)为8.0,m(TiCl4)/m(CuCl2.2H2O)为1.2的最佳条件下,碱性氮和总氮的提取率分别为98.5%,70.5%。
The effect of formulation on extracting nitrides from extract oil of Fushun shale oil was studied with mixture of TiCl4/CuCl2·2H2O as complexing agent,mixture of phosphoric acid/cyclohexane as extractant under the conditions of temperature 70℃,reaction time 60min,deposition time 2h.The results showed that when m(extractant)/m(extract oil) was 1.0,m(extractant)/m(complexing agent) was 8.0 and m(TiCl4)/m(CuCl2·2H2O) was 1.2,the extraction rates of basic nitrogen and total nitrogen reached 98.5% and 70.5% respectively.
