催化裂化汽油选择性加氢深度脱硫装置的试运行与改进

摘要 介绍了山东东明石化集团有限公司100万t/a催化裂化汽油选择性加氢装置的试运行与改进情况。结果表明,预分馏塔在回流比为1.5-2.0,n(轻汽油馏分)/n(重汽油馏分)为55∶45条件下操作较好;平均加氢反应温度为285-290℃时重汽油馏分的脱硫率较高,烯烃饱和率较低,成品汽油的辛烷值损失较小;催化剂的选择因子只有1.55-1.69,显著低于实验室评价水平,对成品汽油的辛烷值损失影响较大,有待提高。 The trial operation and its improvement of deep selective hydrodesulfurization unit in Dongming Petrochemical Group Co Ltd were introduced.The results showed that the appropriate operating conditions for prefractionator were reflux ratio of 1.5-2.0 and mole ratio of low distillate gasoline to high distillate gasoline of 55 ︰ 45.The desulfurization percent was higher,the olefin saturation ratio was lower and the octane number loss was less for high distillate gasoline at average reaction temperature of 285-290℃.The catalyst selectivity index ranged only from 1.55 to 1.69,obviously lower than that of evaluation trial,and this would result in a larger loss in octane number and was expected to be improved in the future.
