摘要
为深入研究大鼠肝细胞线粒体形态特征,本研究以钻石刀连续超薄切片,通过电子显微镜观察大鼠肝细胞线粒体的三维结构,对特殊形态的线粒体进行三维结构重组。结果表明:球形、椭球形、盘状及杆状等小型线粒体约占线粒体总数的53.8%,而分枝形及各种不规则形的线粒体约占41.6%。有2.8%的线粒体表现出芽生状态,1.8%的线粒体之间有细小的桥状连接。偶见一线粒体间隔分裂现象。上述结果为进一步研究线粒体的生长发育提供了重要依据。
Three-dimensenal structure of the mitochondria in rats liver cells were observed by serial ultrathin sections,and special mitochondria were studied by reconstructurcting three-dimensenal models,in order that morphological characteristics of the mitochondria can be detected. The results show that small mitochondria in the liver cells,the spheres,ellipses,discs and the rods take up 53.8% of the total number of mitochondria,branch and irregular mitochondria make up 41.6%,blastogenetic mitochondria 2.8% and that mitochondria with a small bridge-shaped junction amount to 1.8%.Occasionally,a mitochondrion divided by middle diaphram was found. This study provides the basis for a better understanding of mitochondrial grouth.
