山蚂蝗营养价值随生育期变化动态

Dynamics of Nutritional Contents of Subtrib. Desmodiinae During Growth Period

测定山蚂蝗亚族(Subtrib.Desmodiinae)中3个属6个种的粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗灰分(Ash)及单宁含量,以探讨其养分含量随生育期推移的变化动态。结果表明:随着生育期的推移,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量呈不明显的波浪型变化趋势,粗灰分含量在生育期内虽有所波动,但无一定规律性;除卵叶山蚂蝗(Desmodiumovalifolium)外,单宁含量随生育期推移呈逐渐下降趋势。总体来看,山蚂蝗营养价值变化与其生长发育阶段密切相关。

Contents of crude protein（CP）,ether extract（EE）,acid detergent fiber（ADF）,neutral detergent fiber（NDF）,crude ash（Ash） and tannins in six species of Subtrib.Desmodiinae were studied separately.Results show that the content of CP and EE were initially increased then decreased,NDF and ADF were unaffected,while Ash changed irregularly during growth periods.Contents of tannins declined gradually in all cultivars except Desmodium ovalifolium during plant development.Generally,the trend of nutrient value was related to varieties and stages of growth and development.
