摘要
本研究以链脲佐菌素（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｚｏｔｏｃｉｎ，ＳＴＺ）制备大鼠糖尿病模型，分别对不同病程大鼠视网膜血管铺片行形态学观察。病程３月时出现病理改变，表现为毛细血管迂曲，血管网不规则，管径粗细不均。周细胞及内皮细胞鬼影，无细胞毛细血管。Ｅ／Ｐ比值升高等。病程６个月时病变进一步加重。
This research carried out morphologic observations of the preparations of retinal blood vessels of diabetic rats with different duration induced by streptozotocin(STZ). The rats began to show pathologic changes when the disease lasted for 3 months.The changes included capillary varix,irregularity of vascular nets and calibers,ghosts of pericyte and endothelial cells,accellular capillary,rising of E/P ritio.These changes got worse when the disease continued for 6 months,while there was nor obvious changes when it lasted 1 month.
