摘要
"体适能评定理论与方法"是对体育范畴内身体综合能力及有关因素进行测量与价值判断的一门新兴应用学科。为适应现代社会的发展需要,满足人们日益增长的健康需求,更好地提高体质水平和体育修养,人们对健康与体适能关系的认识逐步深入,近二十年美国在学校体适能测评理论与方法课程的发展得到长足的发展和提高。通过查阅资料法,问卷调查法、统计分析等方法,就美国体适能理论与方法的发展历史、目前的现状特点及理论体系与测评方法等进行透析,并同我国学校体质健康课程的发展水平进行比较,目的在于促进我国体适能测评理论与方法的学科发展并理性地指明我国体质健康测评体系的构架及该学科的未来发展。
The theory and method for physical fitness is a new subject,which is to test and evaluate physical ability and related factor in sports fields.In order to adapt to the needs of modern society,the needs for people's health and to improve the level of fitness,although people is aware of the relationship between health and physical fitness deeply,the research on the theory and method for physical fitness will needs further development in sport university and Regular Institutions of Higher Education.This study is a comparative research on the theory and method for Physical Fitness between Chinese school and American school by referring to date,investigating questionnaire and statistical analysis methods.The aim is to improve this subject development and point out their direction for the theory and method for physical fitness in China.
