校企合作,让农民工就业无忧——以四川教育学院农民工技能培训基地为例

School-Enterprise Cooperation Make Employment of Migrant Workers Have No Anxiety:Taking Skills Training Base for Migrant Workers of Sichuan College of Education as an Example

随着社会主义市场经济和工业化的发展,使得农村劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,从单纯的体力型向智能型、技能型转变。但当前我国富余劳动力数量大、素质低,农民工培训工作中困难重重,文章通过对四川教育学院农民工技能培训基地开展校企合作培训连锁超市技师的调查,总结了几点成功的经验,并对今后农民工的培训提出了几点建议。

With the development of socialist market economy and industrialization,the migration of rural labor to nonagricultural industries and cities and towns changed from the simple physical model to the intelligent and skills-based model.However,because of the current large number of China＇s surplus labor and the low quality,the training of migrant workers faces great difficulty.Through the investigation of technicians＇ training in supermarket chains carried out in the Skills Training Base for Migrant Workers of Sichuan College of Education by school-enterprise cooperation model,this paper sums up some successful experience,and provides several suggestions for the training of migrant workers in the future.
