寒温并用治疗慢性支气管炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Combination of Frigotherapy and Pyretotherapy Treating Chronic Bronchitis

目的观察慢支病人复杂的发病过程，出现表寒里热之咳喘证。方法对４００例慢支病人随机分成治疗组和对照组，前组采用寒温并治的方法，进行对照观察半月。结果两组对照用卡方检验Ｐ＜０．００５。结论对于慢支出现的表寒里热证，采用寒温并用的方法，应用时灵活辨析。

Objective To observe the complicated pathogenic process of chronic bronchitis and cough and asthma syndrome characterized by exocryosis and endopyria in chronic bronchitis. Method Four hundred patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The integration of frigotherapy with pyretotherapy was used in therapeutic group(200 cases),the routine therapy was used in control group for half a month. Results There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.005) in therapeutic effect. Conclusions The combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy is an effective method in the treatment of the exocryosis and endopyretosis syndrome in chronic bronchitis,and should be analyzed dialectically in application.
