摘要
为控制聚丙烯酰胺的水解度测定过程中存在的误差,合成了一系列可控水解度的聚丙烯酰胺标准样品,并通过标准测定方法收集了不同水解度下的实验数据。借助溶液平衡理论和参数拟合方法,建立了能够对水解度进行预测与修正的理论模型,其预测结果与实验数据符合良好。最后讨论了这一方法对于不同水解工艺的适用性以及标准测定方法的误差范围。
To control the error in determining hydrolyzing degree of polyacrylamide,standard polyacrylamide samples with controlled hydrolyzing degree were synthesized by copolymerization of acryl amide and sodium acrylate.Data of hydrolyzing degree in a wide range were collected by standard titration.Theory of solution equilibrium and numerical fitting were employed to build quantitive relationship between titration data and sample parameters,thereby correction method for experimental results available.The calculation of the method tallied with the experiment data well.At last,the applicability for different hydrolyzation processes and the error limit of standard titration were discussed.
