甲基异丁基酮在煤气化废水处理中的应用

摘要 通过对技术改造,采用单塔脱酸脱氨加压汽提技术,塔顶排出酸性气体,侧线汽提出氨去精馏提纯,釜液进行萃取除酚。经过试验分析,优化萃取剂,使脱除酚氨效果显著提高,满足下游入水指标的要求,为国内外鲁奇炉煤气化废水处理开辟了新的技术路线。 Based on technical reformation,a single pylon pressurized steam stripping technology was used to remove ammonia and acid,acidic gas from top,steam stripping ammonia from lateral-line for distillation and purification,and to remove phenol by extraction from residue.Through experiments,phenolic ammonia removal effect was significantly improved with the optimized extraction agent to meet the requirements of the downstream water index,and opened up a new technical route for coal gasification wastewater treatment of the domestic and foreign Luqi gasifier.
