摘要
在分析、归纳彩南站DPC-2804天然气压缩机常见故障的基础上,根据天然气压缩机工作原理和失效机理,建立了彩南天然气压缩机故障树,并运用故障树分析方法对彩南DPC-2804天然气压缩机的可靠性进行了定性分析。本文分类总结了彩南DPC-2804天然气压缩机的故障形式;详细论述了建立天然气压缩机故障树的过程;建立并绘制了DPC-2804天然气压缩机的故障树;根据天然气压缩机的故障树图,运用下行法求出其故障树的最小割集,进行定性分析;通过对天然气压缩机的定性分析,找出引起压缩机失效的主要影响因素及改善措施。
Based on the analysis and induction of the fault tree of DPC-2804 natural gas compressor in Cainan station,and according to natural gas compressor working principle and failure mechanism,the natural gas compressor fault tree of Cainan station was established,and the DPC-2804 natural gas compressor in Cainan station was reliability analyzed with the fault tree analysis method.The fault forms of DPC-2804 natural gas compressor in Cainan station was summarized,and the process of establishing natural gas compressor fault tree was discussed in detail.The DPC-2804 gas compressor fault tree was established and plotted,and according to the natural gas compressor fault tree graph,downlink method was used to calculate the minimum cut set of fault tree for qualitative analysis.Based on natural gas compressor qualitative analysis,the main influence factors of causing the compressor to failure and the improvement measures were found out.
