Experiences from the management on large instrument in central laboratory of school of chemical and material engineering,which contained informational management,how to improve the quality of administrator and regulations construction,were elaborated.The efforts on rational management on large instrument explored a scientific,systematical and standard way to effectively guarantee the progress in teaching and scientific works and provided a good platform for research innovation,talents training,subject construction and public service.
