东北“粮仓”农业现代化的路径探索

An Exploration on the Development of Agriculture Modernization of Northeastern "Barn for Grain"

东北地区作为我国最重要的粮食主产区之一,其农业尤其是粮食生产具备资源禀赋优势和区域比较优势,素有"粮仓"之称。然而东北"粮仓"在由传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中却面临着二元结构矛盾突出、农民收入状况不理想、农业现代化基础设施薄弱、农业生产水土资源不匹配、农业劳动生产率不高等瓶颈制约。东北"粮仓"农业现代化发展要破除瓶颈制约,就需要在充分认识东北"粮仓"粮食生产的农业区域价值基础上,进行优化二元结构、延伸现代化农业产业链、加强基础设施建设、改善土地生态环境、强化农业科技研发与转化等方面的有效路径探索。

The northeast region of China,one of the main grain producing areas in China,enjoys abundant grain resources and regional advantage,thus it＇s called ＂barn for grain＂.Nevertheless,in the transmission period from traditional culture to modern culture,problems like observant dual contradiction,farmers＇ dissatisfactory income,weak infrastructure of modern agriculture,imbalanced water and soil resources in agriculture and underdeveloped agricultural labor production bottleneck the development of the ＂barn for grain＂.To get rid of the obstructions,we should optimize the dual restructure,extend agricultural industry chain,strengthen the construction of infrastructure,improve ecological situation,better develop agricultural technology on the basis of a good knowledge of the regional advantage in northeast,China.
