摘要
现代农业的发展极大地满足了人类生存和发展的需要,但由于人们对农业的性质和功能存在认识误区和实践偏差,从而在一定程度上影响了农业功能的发挥。农业本身是一个由若干子系统组成的有机体系,同时又是自然生态系统、经济系统和社会系统不可或缺的有机组成部分。农业除了具有周期性、季节性和地域性的自然属性以及外部经济效应之外,还具有将经济功能、生态功能、社会功能等有机整合的综合多功能性以及农业的公共产品性和外部效应性。
The development of modern agriculture has satisfied human survival and the needs to develop enormously.However,the agricultural functions are limited,which are mainly caused by people＇s mis-understanding erroneous zone as well as their practical deviation on the characters and functions of agriculture.In fact,agriculture itself is an organic system which is composed of several subsystems and an indispensable composition part of natural ecosystem,economic system and social system simultaneously.Besides the periodicity,seasonal characteristic and regional natural quality as well as the external economy effect,agriculture also possesses synthesis multi-functions,including economic,ecological and social functions,and the attribute of public products and external effect produced by them.
