某餐厨具公司职业病危害控制效果评价

摘要 目的了解新建不锈钢西餐厨具生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在三氯乙烯、氨、噪声、粉尘、汽油、柴油和润滑油,试运行期间粉尘、毒物测定结果均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》GBZ2.1-2007[1]的要求,噪声强度超过《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》GBZ2.2-2007[2]的要求。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效,但需加强对噪声等职业病危害因素的控制措施。 Objective To investigate the main occupational hazard factors in newly-built production line of western-style stainless steel cooking utensil,and to provide the evidence for putting forward occupational diseases prevention measures. Methods The occupational health investigation,occupational hazard factors test in workplace and occupational health examination were used to comprehensively evaluate the project. Results The major occupational risk factors were ethinyl trichloride, ammonia, noise,dust,gasoline,diesel oil and lubricating oil.Dust and poison in the workplace met the standard for the Occupational Exposure Limit of the Hazardous Factors in the Worksites(GBZ2.1-2007),but noise in the workplace exceeded the standard. Conclusions The protective measures on occupational diseases in the project are feasible and effective.But more effective measures should be taken to control the risk of noise.
