维生素C联合茵栀黄治疗新生儿迁延性黄疸

Combined Treatment of Prolonged Jaundice with Vitamin C and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in Neonates

目的探讨维生素C联合茵栀黄治疗迁延性黄疸的临床价值。方法随机化抽取维生素C加茵栀黄治疗患儿60例作为研究组;单用茵栀黄治疗患儿60例作为对照组。结果研究组黄疸7d内消退有49例,未完全消退有11例,对照组黄疸7 d内消退有28例,未完全消退有32例;两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.98,P<0.01)。结论研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组,说明维生素C联合茵栀黄治疗迁延性黄疸可能更有效。

Objective To explore the clinical value of vitamin C and Yinzhihuang oral liquid therapy in the treatment of prolonged neonatal jaundice. Methods Sixty prolonged jaundice neonates therapied by vitamin C and Yinzhihuang oral liquid were randomly selected to serve as the study group.60 prolonged jaundice neonates therapied by Yinzhihuang oral liquid only were served as the case-control group. Results Within 7 days,there were 49 neonates whose jaundice completely faded and 11 ones whose jaundice did not completely fade in the study group.Among the neonates of case-control group,there were 28 ones whose jaundice completely faded and 32 ones whose jaundice did not completely faded within 7 days.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（χ2=15.98,P0.01）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly superior to that in the case-control group.The results indicate that combined treatment of prolonged neonatal jaundice with vitamin C and Yinzhihuang oral liquid may be more effective.
