摘要
目的探讨水通道蛋白1(aquaporin 1,AQP1)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化检测78例子宫内膜癌组织中AQP1的表达,分析AQP1与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中AQP1表达阳性率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织;AQP1表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期有关,与肿瘤病理组织类型和病理分级无关。结论 AQP1在子宫内膜癌生长转移的病理过程中具有重要作用。
Objective To detect the expression and significance of water channel aquaporin 1（AQP1） in human endometrial cancer tissue. Methods The expression of AQP1 in 78 cases of endometrial cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between AQP1 and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of AQP1 in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues. The expression of AQP1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,but was not related to histopathological type and pathological grade. Conclusions AQP1 plays an important role in the pathological processes of endometrium cancer,such as growth and metastasis.
