摘要
文章研究了利用连续微波场从此地绿茶中提取天然咖啡因的工艺,加热和辐射同时进行,提取效率明显提高。克服了传统的水俗加热提取时间长,提取效率低等缺点。通过研究其提取工艺的单音因素和正交实验,高效液相色谱法定性定量,得出最佳的提取工艺为提取温度90℃、提取时间15 min。
The paper studied extract natural caffeine from inferior green tea using continuous microwave, heating and radiating simultaneously, extractive efficiency obviously improved. Overcome the disadvantage of long time and low exposuring efficiency using traditional water-bath heating extraction. Through studying the extraction process of single factor and orthogonal experiment, HPLC qualitatively quantitatively, obtains the best extraction technology for cxtraction temperature 90 ℃, extracting time 15 min, ethanol concentration 80 %, material liquid than 1:25, get caffeine than the maximum 87.35 %.
