摘要
本研究在对羟基苯甲腈碱性水溶液与1,3–二溴丙烷互不相容的两相间,以四苯基溴化磷为相转移催化剂,实现了二者之间的缩合反应,制得了丙烷腈,确定了合成反应的最佳工艺条件,产率最高可达97.55%。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR和MS对目标产物进行了结构表征。不使用乙醇,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染,提高了生产的安全性。
In the paper, new synthesis method of 1,3-di-(p-cyano phenoxy)propane was published by reaction of 4-cyanophenol and 1,3-dibromopropane in the alkaline water, and in the presence of etraphenylphosphonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst. The optimal reaction process was confirmed in the paper, the yield of 1,3-di (p-cyano phenoxy)propane achieves 97.55 %. The structure of the prepared product was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and MS spectra. The ethanol was not employed as the solvent in the new synthesis route. Moreover, not only the cost and pollution were lowered in the new synthesis route, but also the security of the new synthesis is promoted in the new synthesis route.
