Synthesis of Sodium N-lauroylglycinate

在水和丙酮混合溶剂存在下,以月桂酰氯和甘氨酸为原料经缩合反应合成了N-月桂酰基甘氨酸,将其溶解在乙醇中用氢氧化钠中和得到钠盐。研究了反应温度、月桂酰氯与甘氨酸的摩尔比、体系pH、反应时间等反应条件对N-月桂酰基甘氨酸产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。利用红外光谱、熔点法对产物进行了表征。

N-lauroylglycine was synthesized from laurylchloride and glycine in the presence of mixed solvent of water-acetone, and subsequently sodium N-lauroylglycinate （SLG） was prepared by neutralizing N-lauroylglycine using sodium hydroxide in ethanol. The reaction conditions, including reaction temperature, mole ratio of laurylchloride to glycine, pH, reaction time, were investigated and the optimal synthetic condition was identified. The product was characterized by IR spectroscopy and melting point.
