摘要
以次亚磷酸钠、烧碱和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,用H2O2作引发剂合成了一种新型复合阻垢剂,设计了最佳的工艺条件是单体配比为顺酐∶次亚磷酸钠∶双氧水=1∶0.2∶1。反应温度为105℃,反应时间为4 h。该阻垢剂具有阻垢效果佳、热稳定性好等优点。运用静态阻垢法,通过改变阻垢剂的用量,在温度、时间、pH不变时,研究了其阻碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢性能的影响。试验结果表明:当温度为80℃,时间为24h和pH=7,添加量为110 mg/L时,对磷酸钙垢的阻垢性能最佳。
A new compound dirt-hindering agent had been created with two estolide, inferior sub sodium phosphate, caustic soda, and the gentle butylene as raw material, and with H2O2 as the initiating agent. The optimum technological condition has been found to be the monomer matches ratio among anhydride, inferior sub sodium phosphate, and hydrogen peroxide solution as 1 : 0.2 : 1. The reaction temperature was 105 ℃, reaction time was 4 h. The effect of the dirt-hindering agent has been proved to be nice, and the thermal stability is good. The effect of the dirt-hindering agent on preventing calcium carbonate dirt and calcium phosphate has also been tested, with application of static dirt-hindering law, by changing the dosages of dirt-hindering agent, and with invariable temperature, time, and pH value. The result turns out to be the best when the temperature is 80 ℃, the time was 24 hours, the pH was 7, and the addition amount was 110 mg/L.
